OurPetPal sells water fountains and auto feeders the way we’d want to buy them: chosen for quiet, described by their real numbers, quoted honestly — and delivered worldwide by the same people who sold them.
Pet gear is sold by the wrong words.
It started with a skittish cat named Miso who wouldn’t drink from a humming fountain — and a spec sheet that said “whisper-quiet” with no number on it. Cats hear frequencies far above human range; the hum we barely notice is the reason a fountain goes untouched and a feeder sends a cat out of the kitchen.
The pet aisle splits into throwaway gadgets and expensive app-first machines, and both describe themselves in adjectives. Nobody was making well-built, honestly measured essentials in between. So we set one rule: if we can’t measure it, we can’t say it. Decibels at 30 cm. Litres of tank and hopper. Days of unattended run time at the rated pet count. On one scale, printed on every page.
It makes for a short catalog. We think that’s the point — eight products we can stand behind beat a hundred we can’t.
Why “OurPetPal”
The name is the plainest promise we could make: gear that behaves like a good companion to your pet — present, useful, and quiet about it. Water when they want it, meals on time, nothing that startles.
Our mark is the one paw we allow ourselves: four soft toes over a terracotta heel. Everywhere else, the brand speaks in numbers — because that’s what an honest pal does.

Quiet first
Every product is chosen by its noise floor before its feature list. If a skittish cat wouldn’t drink beside it, we don’t stock it — which is why the catalog is small.
Honest specs
If we can’t measure it, we can’t say it. Noise, capacity and autonomy are measured the same way on every product and drawn to scale — even when a product is the loudest we make.
Calm buying
No accounts, no card forms, no countdown timers. You send an inquiry, we reply with a written quotation, you pay by bank transfer — and we deliver, wherever you are.
Built along the smart-pet supply lines.
We design in-house and build with audited partners in the Shantou–Chenghai smart-pet cluster — the same supply lines behind the category’s biggest names. Everything that touches water or food is tested to FDA food-contact and LFGB standards; the electronics carry CE and FCC marks.
We sell the same way we spec: one transparent price, printed bulk tiers, worldwide delivery, and a shelter pricing program — because the shelters doing the hardest work shouldn’t pay retail.
The OurPetPal test
Four questions every product answers before it earns a place in the catalog.
A drink-beside-it noise floor
Fountains must hold 24–28 dB continuous; feeders must dampen their dispense to a 40–44 dB peak lasting a few seconds.
Days, not promises
Autonomy is quoted at the rated pet count — the number a real multi-pet household will actually get, not a one-pet best case.
Materials we’d eat off
304 stainless steel bowls and trays, BPA-free tanks, and FDA food-contact and LFGB testing on everything that touches water or food.
Specs we can defend
Measured in dB(A) at 30 cm, averaged over three production units. If a number can’t survive that test, it doesn’t go on the page.
