Delivery & setup

How does delivery work?

We deliver worldwide. Once you accept your quotation and the bank transfer clears, we confirm the address and book the shipment — courier for small items, freight for pallet quantities. Your quotation states the delivery time for your destination.

Do the fountains and feeders need assembly?

No. Fountains need a rinsed tank, a fitted filter and a full charge or a socket. Feeders need the hopper filled and meal times set — the quick-start guide walks you through it in a few minutes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — any time before dispatch. Reply to your quotation email with your reference and we’ll adjust quantities, models or the address before anything ships.

Do you handle bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes — pet retailers, groomers, vet clinics, boarding facilities, shelters and cat cafés. The tier prices are printed on every product page; send the details through the bulk orders page and we reply within one working day. Published tiers are direct pricing; distributor terms are quoted separately.

How we measure

How do you measure noise?

Every product is measured the same way: dB(A) at 30 cm in a treated room, averaged over three production units. Fountains are measured as continuous running noise at full flow; feeders as the peak during a dispense cycle, which lasts a few seconds per meal. The two are labelled differently on every page because they are not the same kind of number.

What do the three bars on each product mean?

Quietness, capacity and autonomy, scaled against our own catalog’s range — the raw number is always printed beside the bar. The quietness bar is inverted, so quieter products fill more of it; our loudest product shows a nearly empty bar, on purpose. Autonomy is days of unattended run time at the product’s rated pet count, not a one-pet best case.

What does “autonomy” assume?

An average 4–5 kg cat: roughly 250 ml of water and 60 g of dry food per day. We deliberately quote day-counts well below the raw capacity-divided-by-intake arithmetic — hoppers don’t pack perfectly, tanks shouldn’t run to the last drop, and real households top up early. Bigger dogs, more pets or hot weather shorten the figures further; the spec rows print both the rated and the single-pet number.

Care & compatibility

How often do filters and desiccants need replacing?

Fountain filters every 2–4 weeks in normal use, sooner with multiple pets or hard water. Feeder desiccant bags every 4–6 weeks. Every product ships with spares, and replacement filters and desiccant bags can be added to any quotation.

Which parts are dishwasher safe?

All stainless steel trays, tanks and bowls are dishwasher safe. Pumps, sensors and powered bases are not — wipe them down and rinse the pump under the tap during filter changes.

What happens in a power cut?

Cordless fountains keep running on their battery. Feeders switch to their D-cell backup and keep every scheduled meal — the batteries hold the schedule for up to 180 days of standby.

What kibble sizes do the feeders take?

Dry food from 2 to 12 mm across, round or irregular. Freeze-dried and semi-moist food can clog the chute and isn’t recommended. Portions are 10 g — about 1/12 cup.

Which products suit multiple pets?

Eddy is rated for 2–3 pets and Kibb Duo feeds two pets from separate bowls. Every product page prints a “Rated for” spec row with pet counts and weight limits — those are the numbers we stand behind.

Payment

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. Every quotation comes with an invoice and our account details; we dispatch your order as soon as the transfer clears.

Do I have to pay before I see a price?

Never. Prices and bulk tiers are printed on every product page, and your written quotation is itemized, valid for 30 days, with no obligation. You only transfer once you’ve accepted it.

Is there a minimum order?

No — one fountain for one cat is a fine order. Bulk tiers start at 10 units and apply automatically at the printed prices.

Returns & warranty

How does the warranty work?

Every fountain and feeder carries a 2-year warranty starting on the day of delivery. Keep your order number; it is all we need to open a claim.

A unit arrived damaged. What now?

Refuse the item at the door or contact us within 48 hours with your order number. We replace damaged units first and ask questions later.
